Plaintiff-Side Employment Law Firm

We’re a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm looking for a smart, compassionate, and highly organized Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a full-time, fully remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and believes in standing up for workers’ rights.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming calls, web form submissions, and referrals from potential clients

Conduct structured, empathetic intake interviews to gather key facts and assess case viability

Accurately input and update client information in our client management system

Coordinate follow-up appointments or attorney callbacks as needed

Provide timely, professional communication via phone, email, and text

Work closely with attorneys and staff to triage cases and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or a similar role (employment law experience is a plus, but not required)

Strong listening and communication skills—especially the ability to speak with people in crisis or distress with empathy and professionalism

Highly organized and tech-savvy (experience with case management software a plus)

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with consistent reliability and accountability

Strong writing and grammar skills—enough to summarize a story clearly and cleanly

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
