Head Engineer

My client is looking for someone dynamic and hungry to work in a fast-paced environment, being proactive and efficient with the maintenance work.

Someone who can efficiently lead a crew offering technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Overseeing sub contractors, vendor management, project works, PPM scheduling, reports, have some understanding of budgets and costing.

Pre-planned maintenance on all building services plant including AHU's, Fan Coils, Generators, Heat Pumps, Motors, Lighting Systems, BMS, Plumbing, Mini Splits, VRV's, UPS, BMS, Boilers, etc.

Based at a 200,000 sq ft development centre in San Jose

Team of 9 multi skilled engineers

Non-Union job

$150k to $160k per year

Healthcare / dental care / vison care

Any 8.5 hours between 6am and 10pm

Overtime available, paid at 1.5x annual hourly rate
