My client are a leading producer of high-quality beauty and personal care products, known for innovation, operational excellence, and speed to market.

Their company is growing, and are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Quality to support their manufacturing operations.

This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and continuously improving the quality assurance program at assigned manufacturing sites. You will foster strong relationships customers to ensure the company meets financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a quality-focused culture, partnering with Operations to enhance quality across the organization and standardize processes across sites.

Act as the primary quality contact for customers and regulatory agencies, addressing quality issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate critical issues to senior leadership in a timely manner, following corporate standards.

Strengthen the Quality Management System and documentation, aligning with FDA guidelines, particularly CAPA processes.

Develop and lead a structured Quality Department to drive success and precision in execution.

Oversee training and continuing education programs (internal and external) on GMP and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and report Quality KPIs to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and site SOPs.

Lead and manage the Quality Department to achieve optimal results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and department goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in life science or a related field (required).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a regulated industry (e.g., laboratory, devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, or biologics), preferably in contract manufacturing.

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
