The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer in our Container Management Platforms area, you will work within a diverse team comprised of passionate technologists who believe in the power of innovation and constant collaboration. We are passionate about opensource contribution, sharing our expertise and knowledge with the engineering community while adopting a continuous learning approach support by a dedicated learning day each week.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

1. Ability to write code and developing within Golang. Potentially would consider Python if strong in other required skills, but really want to try Golang to start.

2. Kubernetes, exp with K8's.

3. Ability to Autonomously pick up challenges and work independently. They are looking to hire pretty senior resources.

4. Strong Public Cloud Experience. Preferably in AWS, but Azure is acceptable as well.

Experience creating SDK's in GO / Python Scripting

Hands on experience building scalable cloud applications.

Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and principles

Hands on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment.

Passion for the DevOps culture.

Ability to work autonomously and without supervision to pick up challenges and meet deliverables.

Bonus skills

Familiarity with GitOps based tooling (ArgoCD)
