PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Manager, Information Technologies, under the direction of the Director, Finance and Corporate Services, will primarily be responsible for leading and motivating the IT department.
This position will plan, develop, and manage all IT services, programs, and support throughout the Corporation.
This role will also oversee the implementation, deployment, and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Plan, develop, and manage all IT services, projects, and support throughout the Corporation.
· Oversee the implementation, deployment, and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs.
· Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective risk management, security, and compliance · Establish and formalize an IT governance framework in alignment with strategic priorities · Develop an IT Strategic Plan that aligns with LMCH’s business goals and integrates with broader governance and environmental priorities · Oversee project management for IT-related undertakings, including clear capture of business requirements, provision of functional deliverables, milestone planning, and project post-mortem reports.
· Assist the Communications Coordinator in their efforts to develop a continually evolving website, providing insights into security, hosting and development platforms and new service integrations.
. · Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve corporate communications, access to information, and end-user productivity.
· Assist in developing and managing a budget for technology, IT services, and personnel.
· Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective acquisition of technology purchases; oversee warranties and service agreements.
· Stay informed on new or emerging trends and technologies that provide clear benefits to the organization, business partners, or customers.
· Work with the Senior Leadership Team and the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee to provide IT oversight and ensure high-level policies and plans are always in place · Establish structured training programs for staff on IT policies, security practices, and system usage · Implement a formalized risk management framework to track and mitigate IT security risks · Ensure system documentation, including asset inventory and application portfolios, is consistently maintained · Required to perform standby or afterhours work on occasion, based on operational requirements of the business.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS: · Degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, web design, business administration, or a field related to the industry.
· Certifications or licenses appropriate to the industry.
· Three years of experience in a supervisory role and five years of experience in a related industry.
· Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance · Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and tactical plans · An awareness of the London housing eco-system and understanding the operations of Local Housing Corporations would be a plus.
· Highly developed understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
· In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle.
· Demonstrated project management skills.
· Strategic thinking and ability to align IT with business objectives · Ability to remain calm and poised in urgent situations.
· Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies.
· Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and carry adequate insurance.

A current LMCH employee who is the successful candidate for this position must also provide this document unless it is already on file and not more than one year old.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Annual salary range of $80,699.11 - $115,949.11 (Management Band 3) with comprehensive health benefits and a defined benefit pension plan.
