We specialize in electronic control system (ECS) development for industrial vehicles, primarily for the agriculture and construction industries.
Opportunity We're hiring a Junior Systems Analyst/Developer to support the definition and integration of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) processes into an internal AI-based decision support tool.
This is a 6-month term position, with the possibility to extend into a long-term role.
You’ll work alongside senior engineers to structure complex engineering tasks into intelligent, modular workflows that help streamline compliance and risk management.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Research and interpret standards like IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and ISO 25119 Work with engineering teams to define workflows for hazard analysis, risk assessment, and safety requirement allocation Translate engineering processes into structured, decision-based logic flows for AI integration Collaborate with developers to test, evaluate, and iterate on AI-guided logic Create technical documentation and onboarding guides for internal use Our Role We promise to provide you with technical challenges, real responsibility, and constructive feedback.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS Here are a few of the things we are looking for.
You do not need to have all of this experience to start, as long as you are willing to learn.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Strong ability to understand and break down technical concepts into structured, logical workflows Programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar) Nice to Have (but not required) Exposure to functional safety standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 25119) through coursework, internships, or projects Experience creating flowcharts, decision trees, or process models (e.g., in Lucidchart, Visio, etc.) Familiarity with requirements management or model-based design tools (e.g., CODESYS, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.) Basic knowledge of embedded systems or real-time control applications Experience with J1939 CAN and vehicle electronics, or industrial applications Soft Skills Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently while seeking input when needed Detail-oriented, especially in documentation and process accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Curious and eager to learn new technologies and standards Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Ability to ask questions, receive feedback, and iterate HOW TO APPLY If this position is of interest, we’d love to hear from you!
