In this role, you will assist customers, maintain store appearance, and drive sales by delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will represent our brand, promote our products, and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist customers in finding products, making selections, and completing purchases.

Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies

Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.

Adhere to all safety and security procedures and loss prevention standards.

Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and store goals.

Participate in product training and stay informed about new arrivals and trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
