About the Role
As our Installation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our installation team. From managing daily schedules to coaching team members, conducting job site visits, and resolving challenges in real-time, your leadership will directly shape project outcomes, customer experiences, and team morale.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach the Installation Team, providing feedback and support to help them grow.
Manage daily job schedules, ensuring all installations are completed on time and to standard.
Conduct job site visits and service inspections to ensure quality and address issues quickly.
Onboard and train new Installers; support ongoing certifications and skill development.
Collaborate with the Sales Team and assist with customer appointments as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership or supervisory experience; construction or installation background preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.
Commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional service.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
