The Position

The Coordinator III, Finance position is a high-profile role essential for ensuring the Finance department consistently meets its goals. This role involves scheduling meetings, arranging onsite visits, providing comprehensive reports, and offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading process improvement projects.

Relationships

Reports to Director.

Essential Functions

Collect and enter departmental data related to the performance of people, processes, and equipment

Organize and create visual representations of data, such as spreadsheets, reports, and PowerPoint presentations

Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time effectively, monitoring progress and making adjustments, as needed

Monitor department inventory by managing the ordering, receiving and coordinating for logistics of supplies

Enhance the department’s quality initiatives by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes

Implement changes and oversee visual communications and controls in production and gathering areas

Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties

Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and using computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Must comply with EHS responsibilities for the position. Working conditions will be heating ventilation and air conditioning controlled.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED, required

Technical Certificate or higher, preferred

Minimum 5 Years Relevant experience, required

GMP Experience, Preferred

Proficient in all and MS Office Suite applications – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc. (intermediate/advanced experience), required

SharePoint experience preferred

Knowledge of Concur Expense and Travel software, required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, required

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be proactive with calendar management and meeting preparation & planning, required

Ability to be self-motivated, process oriented and customer focused, required

Professional demeanor and the ability to always interact with internal/external customers in a positive and professional manner, required

Ability to evaluate and correct general administrative problems/exercise good discretion and judgment when problem solving administrative issues, required

Ability to always handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism, required

Ability to interact effectively with internal/external contacts through correspondence or phone, required

Must be a team player and willing to participate in “task teams” to accomplish projects as needed, required

Weekend and after hours work sometimes required
