Client Support Trainee

Responsibilities of the Client Support Trainee:

Work with the sales & Client Support Trainee team to facilitate the full sales delivery process through direct face-to-face interactions

Educate consumers on the benefits and pros of our client's products and services

Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers by fostering long-term relationships

Assist the sales and marketing teams in analyzing new trends in consumer habits and general market shifts to maximize sales opportunities

Track and report on individual and team performance to meet and exceed business standards

Engage with a team-family environment that emphasizes leadership and personal development

Provide feedback to leadership & the Client Support Trainee team and participate to improve sales, marketing, and customer service practices

Requirements for the Client Support Trainee:

Any type of experience in a consumer-facing, customer service or client support role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A desire to gain & enhance leadership skills

Student mindset with a passion for learning from industry leaders

Ability to think critically, adapt on the spot, and solve problems

A desire for personal and professional growth
