RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead quality initiatives across manufacturing operations to ensure the delivery of high-performance products.

Oversee quality systems, drive continuous improvement, support customer satisfaction efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold company-wide quality standards.

Participate in product launch activities to ensure complete and accurate quality planning documentation.

Support the site in developing and maintaining robust quality systems compliant with customer and internal requirements

Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.

Monitor customer feedback platforms and assist facilities in providing timely and effective responses to product concerns.

Identify and promote best practices to standardize and improve quality performance across the organization

Lead initiatives to reduce defects, improve processes and increase customer satisfaction

Collaborate in-person with team members and stakeholders as required for meetings and issue resolution

Support organizational safety, health, environmental and quality management objectives

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field - Masters Degree is a plus

5-10 years of experience in quality systems, engineering, supplier quality and customer support in a manufacturing environment.

Certification from a recognized quality organization (e.g., ASQ): formal auditing experience preferred.

Proven ability to manage projects independently and set priorities aligned with operational goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., SD, 5 Why, Cause and Effect).

Experience with statistical process control, measurement systems analysis and related tools; Minitab proficiency required.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments, including Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Program Management.

Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is a plus.

Familiarity with advanced manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
