Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant Fort Mill, SC

We're looking for a proactive problem-solver with 5+ years of hands-on OFS implementation and support experience. You will be critical in:

Configuring & customizing OFS modules to meet evolving business needs.

Troubleshooting & supporting integrations with Oracle ERP, GIS, and CRM (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).

Diagnosing and resolving OFS and custom plug-in issues.

Providing on-site support during key project phases (UAT, Go-Lives).

This role demands exceptional communication, a strong technical background, and a willingness to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC (with occasional travel to Charlotte, NC).

Preferred: Utility/infrastructure domain experience, OFS Certification, Agile.
