Process Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

Support the site in implementing new process controls

Provide expertise on alarm rationalization and system issues

Develop process controls to enhance safety and efficiency

Create documentation and training materials for operators

Represent the Safety Committee and communicate progress with project teams and management

Offer expertise in process controls, troubleshoot PLCs, and develop continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related industry field is required

A minimum of two years of experience in process control engineering

In-depth knowledge of industry-specific process controls, including chemical operations or similar manufacturing systems, as well as experience with Allen Bradley PLC controls, Delta V controls, and other DCS systems
