Job Opening: Print Production Coordinator

Location: El Segundo, CA (Fully Onsite)

Contract: 3–6 Month Initial Contract (Duration TBD)

We're looking for a hands-on Print Production Coordinator to join our team and support all aspects of graphics production in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of large-format print workflows and be comfortable maintaining equipment and managing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large-format printers and CNC machines

Support daily production using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)

Perform basic layout adjustments and understand design/color theory

Use graphics-specific software like ONYX Thrive RIP (training available)

Manage inventory of substrates, media, and consumables

Report status updates and keep the workspace organized and safe

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs overhead

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite and Microsoft Office 360

Understanding of layout, color theory, and basic design principles

Experience with print production tools and processes

Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized workflows
