Machine Learning Engineer – Conversational AI

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Machine Learning Engineer with deep experience in conversational AI to join our fast-moving team. If you've shipped real-world ML products and scaled infrastructure from 0-1 and 1-100, we want to talk to you.

What we’re looking for:

2–7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, including at least a year working on conversational or speech-based systems

A track record of taking ML models from prototype to production, and scaling them in real-world applications

Deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: speech-to-text (SST), large language models (LLMs), or text-to-speech (TTS)

Bonus points for experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced environments where you’ve had to wear multiple hats

You’ll play a key role in building intelligent systems that actually work in production, not just demos. Let’s build something great together.
