Senior GenAI Architect – Core Skill Set

AI/ML/GenAI Development

Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI system design (e.g., RAG, agentic workflows)

Proven ability to build and scale multi-agent systems using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent

Programming & Data Handling

Advanced Python and SQL for model development, data pipelines, and system integration

Skilled in embedding generation, vector databases, and data fusion across structured/unstructured sources

Enterprise Integration & DevOps

Experience deploying GenAI solutions within large-scale enterprise stacks (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Strong grasp of CI/CD best practices, containerization, and production monitoring

Architecture & SDLC Leadership

Designed full-stack AI architectures aligned with Agile SDLC principles

Comfortable leading cross-functional teams from design through deployment

Industry Experience

Preference for candidates with background in capital markets (e.g., asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds)

Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Salesforce, Snowflake)
