As the Activity Coordinator, you’ll design and lead engaging, person-centered activities that promote socialization, independence, and fun for individuals in our housing programs.

Develop and implement inclusive activities during evening and weekend hours, in the home and in the community, focusing on peer interaction and community inclusion.

Develop monthly activity calendars for housing teams.

Tailor activities to individual ISP goals and action steps.

Promote physical activity, creative expression, and social engagement.

Monitor and adjust programming to suit the needs and interests of consumers.

Coordinate transportation, schedules, and needed supplies for outings.

Collaborate with staff to create a dynamic and supportive environment.

Provide direct care to individuals with special needs 20-25 hours per week.

Ensuring a positive, innovative, person-centered environment.Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years work experience in a leadership role.

Comfortable leading both small group and one-on-one activities.

Creativity, energy, strong organization, and excellent communication (written and verbal).

Critical thinker, proactive, able to take initiative and follow tasks through completion.

Valid driver's license with less than 6 points.

Ability to pass a drug test and background screening.
