The Central Florida Diaper Bank is searching for a part-time bilingual, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Mobile Distribution Coordinator
to join our team! If you’re passionate about helping families and love being out in the community, this role is for you.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to lead our mobile diaper distribution program. This position is responsible for coordinating community distributions, operating the agency van, managing inventory logistics, and enhancing outreach through data reporting and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole), calm under pressure, and consistently maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while interacting with families, partners, and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Distribution & Logistics
Drive agency van to and from community events
Load/unload and distribute supplies (lift up to 50 lbs)
Set up and break down equipment at event sites
Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance needs
Event Coordination & Outreach
Coordinate the mobile distribution calendar with staff and partners
Identify new outreach opportunities (churches, agencies, clinics, etc.)
Create and manage social media posts for events and engagement
Represent the Diaper Bank professionally during events
Reporting & Administrative Tasks
Keep accurate records of inventory, attendance, and mileage
Prepare weekly/monthly reports in Word and Excel
Track and report impact data
Volunteer & Partner Coordination
Supervise volunteers at events
Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure organized, respectful distributions
Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s degree required
3+ years in nonprofit work, outreach, or event coordination preferred
Experience with mobile distributions or community programs a plus
Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian Creole) required
Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media experience
Familiarity with CRM systems (Airtable preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization and time management
Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel locally
Reliable transportation and valid Florida Driver’s License required
Must pass Level II background screening
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable operating a van
Will work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
Must be available to travel throughout Central Florida
