Sr. Application Developer

Team Red Dog is seeking a skilled Sr. Application Developer for our client’s commercial support technology team, supporting leading platforms like Microsoft Azure, M365, Dynamics, Xbox, and Bing Ads. In this role, you’ll deliver impactful solutions using C#, React, and .NET technologies, working on high-visibility projects that drive cost-saving initiatives and improve the customer support experience. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

C# (8+ years): Advanced expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions in C#, including integration within .NET environments.

React (8+ years): Proven experience building and maintaining scalable front-end solutions using React components, optimizing for user experience and performance.

Full-Stack Development (8+ years): Robust history of delivering end-to-end features across UX and backend services, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Communication & Technical Documentation: Strong ability to communicate effectively in English and author technical design documents and unit tests.

Must be willing to work PST hours.

Opportunity Overview:

This is an exciting chance to build your expertise with IVR systems and learn how complex support platforms are integrated at scale. You’ll play a key role in the client’s cost-saving initiatives—helping enhance the support experience for customers across leading commercial and consumer businesses.

How you will make an impact:

Collaborate with analysis, testing, and business owner teams to define and deliver desired system functionality.

Serve as the primary developer for high-complexity features and critical integrations.

Lead technical architecture decisions and create technical design documentation.

Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end code, ensuring adherence to specifications and maintainability standards.

Provide technical support and mentorship to other developers on the team.

Develop automation tools to streamline the development and testing process.

Participate in code reviews and resolve issues raised by analysis or test teams.

Communicate and defend technical decisions, requirements, and feature sets to project stakeholders.

Deliver well-documented, thoroughly commented code and technical user guides.

The expertise you bring:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience with C#, React, and full-stack development.

Degree or certification in software development; full-stack experience with UX and backend services, preferably within the .NET framework.

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDL) and technical documentation.

Ability to work remotely in the PST time zone; strong communication skills in English.

Experience delivering on cost-saving and high-impact technology projects is a plus.
