Job Duties:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls promptly
Handle customer drop-off laundry orders: wash, dry, and fold clothes for scheduled pickup
Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including floors, machines, bathrooms, and parking lot
Clean up any customer messes and ensure the facility remains tidy and welcoming
Complete minor machine repairs as needed (training provided)
Operate the POS system for transactions and customer drop-offs (training available)
Issue refunds as needed using petty cash and proper documentation
Communicate any customer incidents or machine issues with the manager
Securely close the laundromat each night
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform light physical labor throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without direct supervision
Basic mechanical aptitude (training provided for minor repairs)
Comfortable using a computer and learning a POS system
Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Details:
2nd Shift Monday - Friday
4:00 PM - Close (End time varies between 11:00 PM–1:00 AM)
$15.00 per hour
Monitor the facility during paid lunch and breaks, remaining available to assist customers
