We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative covering the Greater Columbus, OH market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, rental companies, and end-users.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through in-person presentations and site visits.
Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product specifications, competitive offerings, and market trends.
Collaborate with internal departments (service, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.
Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of activities, sales pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sales.
2+ years of experience in aerial work platform sales or related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of aerial lift equipment and applications is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, 401K Match vested day 1, Health Benefits day 1.
This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
