Job Description
The company is looking for a Configuration Developer to assist with maintaining and updating internal system configurations to support day-to-day business operations. This is a hands-on role focused on system accuracy, testing, and troubleshooting.
Job Location: Tomball, TX
Responsibilities:
Configure, test and maintain system settings to support business processes and ensure system integrity.
Manage our current configurator.
Troubleshoot and resolve business configuration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business configuration.
Recommend and implement configuration changes to improve overall efficiency and streamline system processing.
Assist with internal projects related to system configuration.
Conduct system audits and assessments to ensure optimal configuration and functionality.
Implement best practices and standards for system configuration management.
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
ERP system such as NetSuite a plus.
Strong knowledge of coding (Java and HTML).
Strong knowledge and understanding of configuration management principles.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in degree in CS (Computer Science), CE (Computer Engineering), IS (Information Systems), or IT (Information Technology)
4+ years of experience in Software Configuration Management
Database Administration experience is a plus
