Duties and Responsibilities for Clinic Director / BCBA:

Conduct assessments and design personalized behavior plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Implement evidence-based strategies to reduce challenges and build skills.

Provide direct behavior therapy services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.

Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment planning and decisions.

Collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for comprehensive care.

Supervise, train, and support parents, caregivers, RBTs, and team members in behavior management strategies.

Compensation and Schedule for Clinic Director / BCBA:

Pay: Salary range $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Days: Monday to Friday

Flexible Hours: Choose your schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Skills and Qualifications for Clinic Director / BCBA:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

COBA certification

CPR certification
