General Labor

The Advance Group has partnered with a Monroe company that specializes in building packing material for glass products.
Responsibilities of General Laborer:
Building wood crates and pallets for glass products
Use of various hand tools: Drills, nail gun, staple gun
Requirements for General Laborer:
Able to work in fast pace environment
Previous experience with hand tools
Should be able to lift up to 50lbs
Hours for General Laborer:
Hours are Monday-Friday 1pm-11pm
Must be available for Overtime!
Compensation and Benefits of the General Laborer:
Starting pay is $15hr
This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate
Once hired in, employees are eligible for weekly $100 attendance bonuses!
