We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to join our team. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who is looking to build a long-term career in client services. This is not a call center position, but rather a hands-on role where you will interact directly with clients and play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain client accounts by utilizing a personalized, direct approach to increase revenue and client satisfaction.

Master our internal client services and account management solutions to communicate efficiently with inquiries and resolve client concerns.

Provide daily reports to management on client interactions and contribute feedback to improve the overall client experience.

Stay well-informed on all products and services offered to answer questions and provide knowledgeable support when needed.

Participate in cross-training across departments to expand skills, with potential for career advancement based on performance.

Qualifications:
