Promotional Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:
Promote home improvement products and services to consumers and deliver a compelling customer experience that promotes honesty, transparency, and genuinity
Resolve customer questions and concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given tools and training
Build brand recognition through promotional customer service and lead generation campaigns
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clients
Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaign strategies
Report directly to the Account Management and sales team with feedback and results to drive revenue and sales
Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experience
Develop comprehensive knowledge of all our client’s products, services, and any deals or sales promotions
Promotional Customer Service Rep Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is preferred
Experience as a brand marketing representative, sales associate, or client-consultant preferred
Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends
Adapt well to change, both in sales mentality and work hours
Self-starter with the ability to shine in unsupervised individual tasks as well as team projects
Friendly, outgoing, professional and confident demeanor
Sales machine with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
