Junior Program Analyst

We are headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA. We are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

• Applicants must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

• Assist in the Collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.

• Assist in the analysis of relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.

• Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.

• Implement solutions to problems that arise.

• Assist program personnel in the daily operations.

• Report findings and recommendations to program personnel.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of professional experience providing program support on Navy programs.

• Experience of Shipboard Maintenance on Navy Combatants is a plus.

• Familiarity of working in New Ship construction is a plus.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred
