Outbound Sales Representative (Full-Time, In-Office - Scottsdale, AZ - Lincoln and Scottsdale)

$25-$30/hour DOE Status: 1099-to-Hire

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven, outgoing Sales Representative to spearhead our outbound growth efforts. This is an in-person role based in our Scottsdale office, ideal for someone who loves real estate, thrives on building relationships, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, send that DM, or follow up with a prospect twice.

This is not a commission-only role—you’ll be paid guaranteed hourly and receive monthly performance bonuses tied to clear metrics. You’ll be actively reaching out to real estate investors, wholesalers, and business owners who are already using direct mail or should be—and showing them why Offers2Owners is the best fit for their business.

Please note, this job will be heavily spent on the phone. If you're afraid of phones, this is likely not the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Make outbound sales calls daily to real estate investors and professionals using direct mail.

Send targeted emails, texts, and social media messages to engage leads and prospects.

Identify and build relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and helpful outreach.

Book calls and walkthroughs with interested prospects.

Guide new users through our services, pricing tiers, and order process.

Reactivate past customers and re-engage inactive accounts.

Track your outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM.

Collaborate with marketing to align outreach campaigns and messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development

Confident phone and written communication skills—you’re friendly, persistent, and persuasive

Strong understanding of how to find and engage prospects using various channels (email, text, phone, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Organized and motivated to hit outreach and conversion goals

Tech savvy: comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and outreach tools

A positive attitude, team player energy, and drive to grow with us

Location & Role Type:

In-office required (Scottsdale, AZ)

Full-time (1099-to-hire)

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a 1099-to-hire contractor position, and while our normal office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, your schedule is flexible as a contractor. However, this role requires 40 hours per week, and because it involves constant customer contact, most hours will need to align with standard business hours.
