Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into databases with precision and efficiency
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Computerize records to ensure easy access and retrieval
- Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including pivot tables
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties
- Familiarity with databases and file management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
