Repair Technician

Job Description

Regal Staffing Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Equipment Repair Technician to join our team in the Fort Worth area. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining essential medical devices used in patients' homes, including oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines, and ventilators.

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Inspect and test malfunctioning medical equipment following manufacturer specifications using diagnostic instruments.

Calibrate and test systems and components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Document maintenance, repair, and service updates accurately.

Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and equipment adjustments.

Disassemble equipment to identify and replace defective parts.

Review technical manuals and attend training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers.

Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing equipment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical education or training is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and repairs.

Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Basic computer skills for processing equipment repairs.

Commitment to safety procedures and company protocols.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
