We're looking for a reliable and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to support our manufacturing team and keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in daily scheduling, tracking, and prioritizing of work orders

Coordinate workflow and communication across departments (welding, machining, assembly, powder coating)

Maintain and organize job cards, MOs, and routing sheets using MISys Manufacturing software

Monitor production timelines, identify delays or shortages, and help resolve bottlenecks

Track part status, inventory levels, and material flow throughout the shop

Support warranty evaluations and coordinate product returns with production and sales teams

Handle customer service follow-up related to production issues or delays

Communicate part and order status between production and sales teams

Enter, track, and help resolve warranty cases promptly and professionally

Assist with daily shipping and receiving operations: label, pack, check in materials, and update records

Ensure accurate part counts and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments

Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, internal reporting, and file organization

Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment required (motorcycle or automotive experience a plus)

Familiarity with MISys Manufacturing or other ERP/MRP systems preferred

Background in customer service, shipping/receiving, or logistics is a strong plus

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
