TreviPay/KHI is looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead by example—as a hands-on Product Manager for one cross-functional squad, and as a mentor and manager for 2–3 Product Managers.

You will drive product excellence, shape the direction of a product area, and elevate the performance of your team.

This hybrid role is ideal for a senior PM who thrives on solving deep product challenges while also growing others through structured coaching and strategic alignment.

You will be responsible for driving the product strategy for TreviPay’s Government business which specializes in providing advanced payment solutions in the aviation and marine sectors.

You will work with your team, users, stakeholders, peers, designers, software engineers, and the leadership team to build and enhance TreviPay’s suite of products.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of being subject matter experts and thought leaders in their respective product space.

You will conduct competitive analysis, lead empathy interviews with clients and users, facilitate product design sessions, and play a key role in ensuring TreviPay delivers on our brand promise.

You are responsible for ensuring we are building the right features, launching them effectively, and monitoring the post-launch outcomes for necessary product optimizations.

You will be a key leader in the Product and Technology team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities As a Product Leader (Player) o Lead a Scrum team, owning discovery, delivery, and measurement of product outcomes.

o Lead with a “problem to solve” approach in defining the product and feature pipeline.

Translate user problems and business opportunities into clear product requirements and outcomes.

o Craft and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly goals.

o Establish feature and story acceptance criteria.

o Define metrics to evaluate the success of product features or opportunities.

o Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to validate and prioritize product initiatives.

As a Team Leader (Coach) o Lead and inspire a high-achieving product management team; Manage and mentor 2–3 Product Managers, supporting their career development.

o Drive the vision, strategy, and user experience (UX) for the products.

o Identify opportunities for innovation and bring them to life.

o Shepherd product features through analysis, definition, and prioritization based on ROI and customer value.

o Run weekly 1:1s and provide actionable feedback to improve product thinking, stakeholder engagement, and delivery habits.

o Create a shared vision across product teams that aligns with the broader company strategy.

o Lead cross-squad rituals for knowledge sharing, alignment, and product review.

o Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills; able to convey important messages clearly and compellingly.

Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements o A strong Product Management track record with a portfolio of intuitive and profitable applications that you have previously led.

o Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

o Bachelor’s degree in business, design, or engineering or other relevant work experience.

o Experience prototyping techniques to quickly validate ideas.

o Have an innate ability to empathize with end users and create software that users love.

o Ability to break down complex problems into actionable product plans that drive product development.

o A student of product management trends and best practices (Product Operating Model, Design Thinking, Pragmatic Marketing). o 8+ years of success in product management or product engineering.

o An empowering leadership approach that balances high standards with a respectful and inspiring style.

o A master storyteller.

o An entrepreneurial spirit focused on business outcomes and market success.

o Agile delivery of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions experience.

o Financial services/payments experience is a must.

Credit risk management experience is highly desirable.
