EXECUTIVE CHEF RESPONSIBILITIES / QUALIFICATIONS:

Oversee all areas of operations in BOH

Onboard, manage, and develop your team

Work with the management team to provide a great guest experience

Ensure consistency throughout

Lead Kitchen Management Experience

Ability to uphold standards and maintain a strong/positive culture

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Hands-on style

Scratch Kitchen Experience

Upscale/Polished cuisine execution

Experience of +4M in sales
