Job Description
Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts and components according to technical specifications, ensuring precision and quality. Prepare and adjust machine settings, tools, and materials for each job, ensuring optimal performance and proper alignment. Continuously oversee machine performance during production, making real-time adjustments and troubleshooting issues to maintain operational efficiency. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools or parts to minimize machine downtime and prevent malfunctions. Understand and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to ensure proper machine setup and part production. Adhere to all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment and minimize accidents or injuries. Identify machine or material problems and resolve them promptly, minimizing production delays and ensuring high-quality output.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
Understand and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
Adhere to all safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
Identify and resolve machine or material problems.
Complete all other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Experience with general labor, production, and assembly.
Proficiency in machining, including lathes and laser.
Ability to interpret blueprints.
Familiarity with HAAS Mill and Lathe machines.
Capability to work within a tolerance specification of .003”.Work Environment
The position operates on the 1st shift, offering flexibility in scheduling with options to work four ten-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or four eight-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. The start time is flexible between 5 AM and 7 AM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
