What Youâ ll Do:
As a DSP supporting youth in a residential school setting, your responsibilities may include: :Assisting with daily living skills, recreational activities, and therapeutic routines, Supporting clients behavior plans and fostering a positive, consistent environment, Collaborating with the team to support care plans of the individuals, and Ensuring safety and compliance with program standards and regulations. Your role is to support youth who have developmental, behavioral, or mental health needs, helping them develop independence and life skills in a safe, supportive residential school setting.

Experience supporting youth or adolescents with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or behavioral needs.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.
Reliable Personal Vehicle & Valid MA Driverâ s License required
Ability to Pass Background & Driving Record Checks
Must be 18 years old
