What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, person-centered care in a structured residential setting.

Assist individuals in daily living activities, including hygiene, grooming, meals, and mobility support.

Support community integration through engaging outings, recreational activities, and social events.

Foster skill development and independence by recognizing and encouraging learning moments throughout the day.

Implement individualized care plans with respect and dignity, encouraging personal choice and participation.

Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to support holistic care planning and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Aid with hands-on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Monitor, document, and report behaviors.

Implement individualized support plans and behavioral interventions as directed.

Foster a positive environment.

prioritize well-being while promoting choice, skill-building, and independence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.

Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred.

Preferred but not required: MAP & SafetyCare (QBS) training.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Reliable transportation is required.
