Are you ready to build a career with a global leader in thermoplastic manufacturing? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators (OIT – Operator in Training).

Schedule & Pay: 2-2-3 Schedule

1st shift: 6:45am - 7pm $18.50 +OT

3rd shift: 6:45pm - 7am $21.50 +OT

What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

Perform quality checks and make adjustments as needed to maintain product standards.

Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and routine maintenance.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus—but not required!

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. What We Offer:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
