Job Description
Join our team as a Light Assembly Technician, where you will play a crucial role in assembling interior injection molded products. You will work collaboratively within a dedicated work cell alongside 3-4 other assembly stations. Your primary task will involve snapping small plastic pieces together and placing them into a completed bin. Each work cell has a specific piece rate to measure performance, ranging between 200-400 pieces per shift.
Responsibilities
Perform light assembly tasks on interior injection molded products.
Collaborate with team members in a work cell environment.

1 year of manufacturing experience
Proficiency in mechanical assembly and injection molding manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints and use hand toolsAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
You will work on the 2nd shift with a structured schedule that includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. Embrace the opportunity to work 50 hours a week in a supportive environment focused on productivity and collaboration.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vicksburg, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $18.70/hr.
