What You’ll Do
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll keep our workforce running smoothly by assisting in key functions, including:
Supporting IT department with scanning of documents and assigned duties
Coordinating benefits enrollment, timekeeping, accounting, and compliance paperwork for varied dept's
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Creating Excel spreadsheets and reports for departments, data entry
Supporting HR with assigned duties
Support Department Managers with assigned duties
You’ll work directly from our Reno office and play a central role in supporting department managers.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in business, or related field a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required, experience with HR systems a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
