We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to assist with data management, administrative tasks, and client interactions.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate data processing while providing excellent customer service. This position involves handling high-volume data entry, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Verify and review information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Process administrative documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide support to internal teams by retrieving and organizing data as needed.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
