One LPN days off are Friday and Saturday, 6am-2pm, so they will work Sunday thru Thursday

One LPN days off Sunday/Monday offer, so they will work Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold active LPN license.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to RNs
