Your role at MOBE

At MOBE, the Marketing Project Manager plays a pivotal role in translating strategy into execution, bringing the brand to life across integrated marketing channels. You will drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns and creative assets, partnering cross-functionally and externally to ensure high-impact, on-brand work is executed on time and on budget.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-level project manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to balance multiple initiatives without sacrificing quality. You’ll serve as a central connector between creative, content, digital, and operations team, building smart workflows, keeping projects on track, and ensuring alignment from concept through launch.

This position reports to the Marketing Project Management Manager.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for a range of B2B marketing initiatives, including digital, print, trade show events, sales collaterals, and brand campaigns.

Build project plans, set milestones, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Adapt to evolving priorities from cross-functional teams such as Sales and Client Relations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute strategic and creative initiatives.

Facilitate brief development, creative reviews, and approvals to ensure alignment and brand consistency.

Support resource management in collaboration with the Marketing Project Management Manager and Director of Creative Services.

Implement and optimize marketing workflows, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and visibility.

Manage content and asset quality assurance, including light proofreading and brand compliance.

Coordinate with print producers and manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and relationships.

Ensure legal and regulatory approvals are secured as needed.

Stay ahead of industry trends and tools that can elevate marketing team performance.
