Shifts needed to be filled: - Aug 25-29 - Sep 2-5 - Oct 1-3, 6-10, 20-24, 27-31 - Nov 17-21, 24-27 - Dec 15-19, 22-24, 26, 29-31 - Jan 2

Shift Schedule: M-F, 8a-430p - 20-25 days/month

Patient Volume: 8-10 (Clinic); 40-50/week

Procedures per day: 12-15 - 12-15 min durations

Support Staff: - MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech - Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech, APPs

Specialty Backup: Anesthesia

Procedures/Duties: - EGD, EVS, General GI cases - Max sedation, Propofol - IBD, Admoninal pain, EOE - minimal hepatitis, IBD - Fuijinon scopes, Bowel Prep

No of Procedure Rooms: 2 OP, 1 IP

EMR: Epic, Provation

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
