The Advance Group has partnered with a forward-thinking company in Inkster, specializing in Automotive Racks, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic Machine Operators!

What You'll Be Doing as a Machine Operator:

Master the operation of shears, Plasma Cutting Machines, CNC band saws, drill presses, punch presses, CNC brake presses, and forming machinery to bring blueprints to life.

Prepare materials for production.

Handle the loading and unloading of materials into machinery.

What We're Looking for in Machine Operators:

Proficiency with both hand and power tools.

Comfort using tape measures, calipers, and digital measuring devices.

The ability to interpret and work with blueprints.

A knack for occasional lifting, up to 50 lbs. Your Work Schedule as a Machine Operator:

Embrace the weekday grind from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday).

Be ready to seize those exciting overtime opportunities on a daily basis, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Machine Operators' Compensation:

Starting at $18hr, with potential for more based on experience.
