Overview: Our client, based in Media, PA, is seeking a proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the second half of their ERP implementation project. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating ERP projects, with Workday exposure preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project management efforts for the ongoing ERP implementation.
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables across technical and functional teams.
Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, follow-ups, and status reporting.
Track project milestones, risks, and issues to ensure project stays on schedule.
Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
Help manage communications, scheduling, and logistics related to project activities.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within ERP environments.
Experience with Workday or other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
