About the Role:
We are seeking a seasonedOracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultantto lead the design, implementation, and optimization ofOracle Cloud Payroll solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll integration and process excellence within the Oracle HCM environment. This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who excels at translating business needs into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business process workshops and advise clients on Oracle Cloud Payroll adoption
Configure and support US Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud
Guide and communicate payroll-relatedFast Formulasto technical teams
Integrate Payroll with Absence, OTL, Benefits, and Oracle ERP (GL, PPM)
Support SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel Testing, and Post-Go-Live phases
DeliverTrain-the-Trainersessions and develop user guides (ESS, MSS, Admin)
Work effectively within anOnshore/Offshoredelivery model
Ensure alignment withSLA frameworksand HR technology standards
Required Skills & Experience:
12–14 yearsof experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong expertise inUS Payroll
Experience withPaaS toolsand integration across Oracle Fusion HCM Suite
Deep understanding of HR modules: Job/Org Management, Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Talent Development, etc.
Strong documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with service delivery best practices and issue resolution processes
