Summary

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Nurture a positive working environment with other functions of the business.

How YOU will contribute

Support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and culture.

Business Partnership: Influence functional leaders to focus on people initiatives to drive their business results and success measures.

Culture: Bridge management and employee relations by actively promoting and communicating LOF values in the work environment.

Support organizational communication social responsibility programs.

Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies for an hourly/salaried workforce that aligns with LOF culture and values.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends such as retention, turnover, and engagement to address issues and drive continuous improvement.

Oversee and manage the performance process to drive high performance and accountability.

Performance management: Coach managers and supervisors on performance management issues and processes.

Succession Planning: Lead plant leadership team in succession planning discussions and recommendations.

Support on company benefits and employee relation issues.

Ensure Federal and State legal compliance accountability throughout all levels of the organization.

Monthly budget assessment and planning.

About YOU

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM certification required in lieu of degree.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports.

Demonstrated ability to train and develop managers and employees across all levels.

Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
