Enchem America, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Control Manager to lead the company’s quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with global standards. This role will be pivotal in maintaining product integrity, supporting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee sampling and physical property testing for raw materials, in-process, packaging, and finished products

Conduct advanced analysis using instruments such as GC, AA, ICP, etc.

Prepare standards and pre-samples for product testin

Maintain accurate records in ERP and QMS systems

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of lab equipment, including daily checks and calibration scheduling

Identify and report nonconforming materials or results; support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Review COAs, SPC data, and support customer complaint investigations

Lead or participate in internal audits, improvement projects, and change implementation

Manage lab consumables, equipment plans, and vendor coordination

Train and mentor technicians and new team members; support development of training programs

Assist in SOP drafting, quality system improvements, and ESG compliance efforts

Track and manage quality KPIs and support departmental performance goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline

Experience in a chemical or manufacturing QC laboratory preferred

Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as GC, ICP, AA, etc.

Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 and general quality system practices

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to train and mentor junior staff

Proficient in ERP and QMS systems
