Requires 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience; cash handling and risk management preferred.
Must be organized, independent, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting, with flexibility to work Saturdays.
Prior military experience and knowledge of compliance controls and fraud prevention are a plus.
