Ensure adherence to regulations, support customer needs—including needs assessment and referrals—and maintain high standards of compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service or issue resolution, 1+ year of leadership experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Military experience and cash handling are a plus.
